Verse of the Day

One of my favorite books of the Bible is Psalm. It's chock full of comfort and encouragement and, in this case, a plea for a little self control.

Set a guard over my mouth, O Lord;

Keep watch over the door of my lips.

Psalm 141:3

This should be my daily mantra.
